Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: alive twin pregnancies between 24 weeks 0/7 days of gestation and 27 weeks 6/7 days of gestation, cervical dilation of 1 to 5 cm by speculum examination, intact membranes, understanding and signing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? preterm labor ? clinical envidences of chorioamnionitis,severe abdominal pain or envidences of infection ? continuous vaginal bleeding ? premature rupture of membranes ? cervical dilation > 5 cm ?special complications of monochorionic diamniotic twins or monoamniotic twins ? Fetal distress, severe birth defects or single intrauterine fetal death ? Other pregnancy contraindications such as severe preeclampsia, severe internal and surgical diseases ?refusal of randomization, inability to sign consent, cognitive or intellectual disability, inability to read or write Chinese language
