Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients must be =18 years old at diagnosis; 2.Histologically or cytologically-diagnosed MIBC or mUC between Jan 1 2020 to Dec 31 2021; 3.No prior treatment and received the first treatment during eligibility period in the corresponding selected site; 4. Patients must have informed consent form signed for the study or have conditions that are accepted by institutional review board/ independent ethics committee to waive ICF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with multiple primary cancers as reported in EMR; 2.The patient has participated in any investigational program/interventional clinical trial with interventions outside of routine clinical practice for anti-tumor purpose.
