Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Neurology Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018; (2) The first unilateral subcortical stroke (basal ganglia, thalamus, internal capsule, radiation crown, Lateral ventricles, etc.), paralysis of one limb; (3) Age range from 25 to 75 years old, regardless of gender, right handed; (4) The course of the disease is = 6 months, and the vital signs are stable; (5) Brunnstrom staging of upper limb stage II - III on the hemiplegic side; (6) Seating balance reaches level II or above; (7) Clear awareness, without visual or auditory comprehension barriers; (8) No obvious cognitive impairment, MMSE score (illiteracy>17 points, primary school>20 points, junior high school and above>24 points); (9) Patients and their families voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Progressive stroke; (2) Previous mental disorders and epilepsy; (3) Severe spasms (improved Ashworth grade = 3) and severe pain in the affected upper limb, affecting limb activity; (4) Patients after craniotomy or skull repair surgery. (5) Use implantable electronic devices (such as pacemakers). (6) Complicated with severe physical diseases;
