Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Coronary artery disease(CHD) group: those who are between 40 and 70 years of age and had coronary stenosis greater than 50% as suggested by coronary CT or coronary angiography. 2.Control group: those who excluded coronary artery disease by history, electrocardiogram, coronary CT or coronary angiography. Sex, age, and cardiovascular risk factors were matched to the CHD group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infectious diseases, hereditary diseases, autoimmune-mediated metabolic diseases; digestive diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, acute/chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation); severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency; chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, etc.); taking antibiotics, prebiotics or probiotics, and proton-pump inhibitors for more than 3 days in the past 1 month.
