Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) With signed informed consent; (2) Adults at the age of more than 18, male or female;(3) Confirmed coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; (4) Patients without coronary heart disease or healthy people selected as the control group; (5) The lesion degree of surgical patients met surgery standards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Without signed informed consent; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Patients with contraindications to coronary revascularization; (4) Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
