18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) DTC was initially diagnosed and the maximum diameter of the tumor was &lt on imaging; 2cm; (2) If there is no preoperative pathological diagnosis, the imaging data should be judged as suspicious DTC by surgeons and radiologists together. (3) goiter =? degree. (4) Understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Benign thyroid disease according to imaging and preoperative pathological diagnosis; (2) The mass was close to the trachea or broke through the cyst; (3) Imaging examination showed lateral cervical lymph node metastasis or systemic metastasis; (4) intolerance to general anesthesia; (5) history of neck surgery or radiotherapy; (6) Oral abscess and mucosal ulcer.
