Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who have moderate and severe COPD will be enrolled in our study. Their ages are between 40 and 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions will be excluded: ?Patients with pneumonia, active tuberculosis, pulmonary thromboembolism, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer; ?Patients with autoimmune or immunodeficient disease. ?Patients treated with systemic glucocorticoids at a dose of = 20 mg/day; ? Patients with a history of other infectious diseases or who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks prior to the onset of the disease; ? Patients with psychiatric disorders, strokes, and those at greater risk of aspiration; ?Patients who do not wish to participate in the study.
