Control group:Using normal ETT tubes without cuff pressure management. Inflating to the cuff by using the pilot balloon palpation approach
Study group:Using ETT tubes with cuff pressure indicator in the study group. Inflating to the cuff until the black mark stays in the middle of green zone.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Take elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia tracheal intubation and the estimated operating time is 60-90 minutes. 2.Age =18, ASA?or?. 3.Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative cough, throat pain, double lumen intubation, difficult intubation. 2.Patients with central nervous system diseases, including patients cannot understand and express visual analogue scale accurately.
