Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria: 1. 20-70 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MPS in the "Diagnosis and Treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome": meet 5 main criteria and at least 1 secondary criterion: Main standards: 1) Complaint of regional pain; 2) Complaints of pain or sensory abnormalities in the expected distribution area of pain involving trigger points; 3) The affected muscles can touch the tension zone; 4) A point within the tension zone presents severe punctate tenderness; 5) There is a certain degree of motion limitation during measurement. Secondary criteria: 1) Repeated clinical pain or sensory abnormalities complained of at the tenderness point; 2) Palpation of the banded area induces local convulsive reactions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Basic platelet concentration Hb38.0 ?; 16. Participating in litigation; 17. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 18. Psychological disorders such as moderate to severe anxiety and depression; 19. Do not understand Mandarin and do not recognize Chinese characters.
