Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) males between the ages of 22-45 (including 22 and 45 years old); (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine male infertility and mild to moderate asthenospermia, and have both diagnoses; (3) TCM differentiation is consistent with the evidence of renal deficiency; (4) Those with 2 consecutive semen routine abnormalities; (5) Married and have regular sexual life; (6) Those who have not received similar drug treatment or other therapies within 2 weeks before the study; (7) Understand the research content, give informed consent and sign the informed consent form. Those who meet the above 7 items at the same time will be included in the study, otherwise they will not be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a family history of hereditary diseases; (2) The woman suffers from infertility-related diseases (3) Allergic constitution and history of severe drug allergy; (4) Patients with active infection; (5) Those suffering from serious cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, diabetes and other underlying diseases; (6) Persons with mental disorders; (7) Patients who have long-term habits of smoking and drinking, or contact with high temperature, radiation, and toxic chemical environments, and cannot change or give up; (8) Recipients who participated in clinical trials or intervention studies of other drugs within 1 month before the study; (9) Patients with gonadal dysplasia, testicular atrophy, retrograde ejaculation or non-ejaculation, Y chromosome microdeletion, hypogonadism, cryptorchidism, chronic epididymitis, seminal obstruction, varicocele above grade II, genital tract infection, etc.; Those with a history of genital organ surgery and trauma that affect reproductive function; Those who take anti-epileptic, anti-tumor and other drugs that hinder spermatogenesis and sperm motility, etc.; (10) Single diet or small partial eater; (11) Combined medication of patients: such as health care products, other Chinese medicine decoctions containing prescription tablets, etc.; Any of the above items are considered eligible for exclusion and need to be excluded.
