Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of major depressive episode (including first or recurrent episodes, with or without psychotic symptoms) and bipolar disorder (manic or depressive episodes, with or without psychotic symptoms, mixed episodes, or rapid cycle) was consistent with The 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases international classification of disease, ICD-10). (2) Aged between 18 and 65. (3) The previous information is complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has severe cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, respiratory or endocrine and digestive diseases; (2) a history of addictive substance dependence or other mental disorders; (3) High risk individuals with significant suicidal self-injury or impulsive hurtful behavior; (4) There are any laboratory tests, significant abnormalities in vital signs or electrocardiograms that may indicate an elevated risk of a major adverse event (AE), or any medical condition that would make study participation unsafe.
