Sound magnetic healing: Tuning fork, singing bowl session and meridian massage by magnetic massager for 45 minutes (Details, please refer to the proposal.)
MUSIC LISTENING: music listening to relaxation CD music. for 45 minutes
control: listening to a 45-minute audio story or channel.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: • Age 18 - 25 years • Able to understand Cantonese and English • One of the sub factor scores of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS21) is higher than the lowest value, with depression>5/anxiety>4/stress>8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Persons suffering from a known severe psychotic disorder; or experiencing thoughts of suicide • Persons who are native English speaking or writing
