Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stable angina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris, or after the acute phase of myocardial infarction (2) Age >18 years (3) Written informed consent (4) Intermediated LM lesions (diameter stenosis of 30%-80% by visual estimation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ineligible for diagnostic IVUS or FFR examination (2) Prior coronary artery bypass grafting of the interrogated vessels (3) Myocardial infarction within 72 h of coronary angiography (4) Severe heart failure (5) A serum creatinine level >150 umol/l, or a glomerular filtration rate 50%)
