Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 25-75 years. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition classification 1-3. 3. Child classification A-B. 4. first laparoscopic partial hepatectomy. 5. ethical, patients volunteered for the trial and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients (BMI>30kg/m2); 2. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD severity scale 3 or 4), lung infections, severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, chest malformations, and intrathoracic diseases such as mediastinal and thoracic tumors; 3. Patients with severe heart disease or acute coronary syndrome, persistent ventricular tachyarrhythmias in NYHA grade 3 or 4; 4. Non-first-time hepatectomy patients had cirrhosis with Child grade C, combined with endoscopic esophagogastric varices (red sign), ascites, portal hypertension, hyperplenism, and uncorrected hypoalbuminemia before surgery; 5. Patients with acute and Chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKD); 6. Patients with severe neuromuscular diseases such as myasthenia gravis and periodic paralysis; 7. Patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8. Patients who are prohibited from atropine, such as glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy and atropine allergy, 9. Contraindications in the use of succinyl gelatin.
