18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.met the AMI diagnostic criteria made by the American Heart Association; 2.underwent PCI for the first time; 3.absence of mental disorders and had good understanding and communication skills; 4.aged =18 years old; 5. lived in the communities where three community health service centers (in cooperation with Xuzhou Central Hospital); 6. the patients or their family members signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.incomplete medical records were; 2. severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 3.patients with a history of mental illness or serious complications; 4. inability to participate in postoperative follow-up visits or withdraw from the study midway; 5.participated in other cardiac rehabilitation intervention projects.
