Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: When patients meet all the following conditions, they can choose to enter the research: (1) Age 18 years or older; (2) Expected ICU hospitalization time longer than 48 hours; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; (4) The patient or family member is able to understand the research protocol and is willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: When a patient has any of the following conditions, they cannot be selected for clinical research: (1) Age<18 years old; (2) Pregnancy or lactation; (3) During chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and Targeted therapy for unhealed tumors, patients with immune diseases receiving immunosuppression or targeted drugs, and patients with granulocytopenia/lymphopenia due to blood system diseases or receiving immunosuppression treatment before the onset of sepsis; (4) An irrecoverable deathbed state; Abandoning treatment; (5) Other patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria.
