20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms or no symptoms of intracranial hypertension with SAH; 2. After preliminary diagnosis of cerebrovascular CTA or MRA, DSA angiography confirmed IVADA; 3.IVADA involves intracranial segment of vertebral artery (V4 segment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with SAH caused by trauma or other cerebrovascular diseases; 2.IVADA involves extracranial vertebral artery; 3. Vertebrobasilar artery tortuosity prolonged dilatation.
