Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Inpatients in the burn department ? Skin defect wound caused by burning (scalding) injury or acute cutting injury ? The depth of the wound is less than ? degree, and the range of the wound is less than 15×15cm ? Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited ? Patients or guardians sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Malignant infected wound ? Patients with long-term use of immunosuppressants and glucocorticoids ? Patients or guardians do not agree to participate in this study ? Serious mental illness ? Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials
