Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Children diagnosed with GDD meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V; ? Age: < 5 years old; Failure to complete a systematic assessment of intellectual function; ? GDD caused by various reasons; (5) Abnormal Gesell development scale (GDS) tests (less than 20% of the standard deviation value of children of the same age); ? Voluntarily participate in the study, and signed by their own or legal representative informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with severe epilepsy or epileptic encephalopathy; ? Progressive disease; (3) Serious diseases of other organs, such as severe congenital heart disease; Autism spectrum disorder; ? Neuromusculoskeletal disorders; ? Blind or deaf children; ? Participate in other clinical studies in the past three months; ? Researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
