Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary angiography showed at least one coronary artery stenosis = 50% or a previous history of cardiac bypass grafting in patients with coronary heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital heart disease and rheumatic valvular heart disease; (2) patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency such as cor pulmonale and bronchial asthma; (3) patients with liver and renal insufficiency; (4) patients with malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and blood system diseases; (5) patients who have received surgical treatment in the near future; (6) patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases.
