Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018 Beijing); 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Clear awareness and ability to communicate normally; 4. Patients with anxiety>=5 points, depression>=5 points, or stress>=29 points on the first scale score; 5. You can participate in remote follow-up by phone or WeChat; 6. Willing to participate in this study and signing an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anxiety>=19 points or depression>=20 points on the first scale score; 2. Patients with other anorectal diseases or malignant tumors; 3. Those who have a history of mental illness in the past or have recently taken anti anxiety or antidepressant drugs (in the past 3 months); 4. Those who are undergoing other psychological interventions or other traditional Chinese medicine acupoint treatments.
