Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy under intravenous anesthesia; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia grade I, II or III; ? Gender is not limited, age = 65 years old; ? Body mass index (BMI): 18~30kg/m2; ? A person who can understand this test protocol and sign an informed consent fo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have deep sedation/anesthesia contraindications, or have had previous sedation/anesthesia accidents; ? Those who are known to be allergic to eggs, soy products, opioids and their rescue drugs; ? Myasthenia gravis; ? schizophrenia and severe depressive state; ? Pathological obesity/obstructive sleep apnea ? Acute Upper respiratory tract infection or asthma attack within 1 week; ? Uncontrolled severe hypertension; ? Gastrointestinal obstruction with retention of gastric contents; ? People who take sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time and are allergic.
