50 Years to 150 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for possible sarcopenia or sarcopenia or sever sarcopenia; 2. Fully informed and voluntarily participating in this study and signed an informed consent form; 3. Participants who expect to improve their muscle mass and function in the short term; 4. Usually reside in Xiamen; 5. Age =50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recently (in the past 3 months) participated in any clinical trials or dietary and/or exercise intervention programs; 2. Self-reported allergy to traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Used medication that may affect the study results; 4. The subject has cancer currently receiving treatment; 5. Poorly controlled or unstable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Unhealed bone fractures (within the past 12 months); 7. Medical advice or conditions that prohibit exercise or medical conditions that hinder safe participation in exercise programs; 8. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 9. Severe cognitive impairment that cannot cooperate with the questionnaire survey. 10. InBody contraindications such as having a pacemaker, heart stent, steel nail or plate, fixed metal dentures in the body. 11. Irregular eating habits and unable to complete dietary guidance.
