Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 0-18 years old; 2) Allergic symptoms after consuming cow milk, such as wind, abdominal pain, nausea, etc. 3) Cow milk sIgE > 0.35kU /L or SPT=3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Can not follow-up for 18 months; 2) Can not provide dietary information and blood samples; 3) There are other allergic diseases that affect diagnosis of cow milk allergy; 4) There are gastrointestinal diseases that affect diet pattern.
