Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring painless gastroscopic surgery with complete preoperative examination, laboratory examination, medical records and medical history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged >80 years; 2. severe respiratory insufficiency before operation; 3. Patients with severe functional insufficiency of important organs; 4. Patients with mental disorders; 5. Allergic to propofol or emulsifier content; 6. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
