Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects come from Yunnan province who meet the spastic CP diagnosis criteria of "The first part of Rehabilitation Guide of Cerebral Palsy in China(2015)", age from 4 years old to 18 years old. All subjects are I-III in Gross Motor Function Classification System, GMFCS, Manual Ability Classification System, MACS and Communication Function Classification System, CFCS. The caregivers sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe fundus diseases, strabismus, and other visual and auditory impairments and severe upper limb and/or hand contractures that can not to participate treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination confirmed severe brain tissue loss in the area covered by the fnirs probe.
