Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 45 years old, patients with medical diagnosis of AMD; (2) Have an iOS or Android system smartphone; absence of other comorbidities or complications; (3) Have clear awareness, express themselves freely, and have not used anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs; (4) The patient and his family are informed and consent to the investigation; (5) Except for AMD, there are no other eye diseases that affect vision (such as high myopia, macular splitting, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.); (6) No history of other eye disease treatment or surgery (such as cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, etc.) other than macular degeneration related treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with good vision and less than 0.3 eye (2) Those who cannot understand the instructions of the researcher; (3) Patients with severe intellectual or cognitive impairment; (4) pregnant women; (5) Those with a history of drug or alcohol dependence;
