Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Meet at least one of the following criteria from 1-4 and 5-8: (1) Age over 18 years old; (2) New or progressive infiltrates, consolidation, or ground-glass opacities observed in pulmonary imaging; (3) mNGS testing conducted during hospitalization; (4) Patient or guardian willing to participate; (5) Worsening cough, sputum production, or respiratory symptoms with or without sputum, chest pain, dyspnea, or hemoptysis; (6) Fever; (7) Signs of pulmonary consolidation and/or moist rales; (8) Abnormal peripheral blood leukocyte count (increase or decrease).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Age under 18 years old; (2) Clearly diagnosed as non-infectious patients; (3) No mNGS testing conducted during hospitalization; (4) Patient or guardian unwilling to participate; (5) Expected survival less than 24 hours; (6) Unable to obtain clinical information of the patient.
