Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is based on the criteria of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) in 2023: post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC 0.7 and FEV1 >85% of predicted value) for the healthy control group. 2. The medical records are complete. 3. The age range is between 41 and 80 years old. 4. The participants are able to understand verbal and/or written instructions, and all subjects voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other systemic diseases such as bronchial asthma, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, liver impairment, etc. 2. Patients with malignant tumor diseases, including those with brain tumors or other advanced cancers. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Patients with altered consciousness, dementia, or various mental illnesses. 5. Individuals who do not consent to sign the informed consent form.
