Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1~6 years old, gender is not limited, no contraindications to general anesthesia; 2. Children undergoing elective adenoidectomy day surgery; 3. ASA grade I.~II.; 4. Children with weight within the normal range of the same age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with a history of reactive airway disease or suspected difficult airways; 2. Children with a history of difficult intubation; 3. Children with a history of upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 4. Children with abnormal heart, liver and kidney function and metabolic diseases; 5. Children who have taken analgesics, sedatives or other psychiatric drugs in the past two weeks; 6. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
