Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 60 years old; (2) Patients with normal coagulation function and no DVT detected by preoperative ultrasound examination; (3) Clear awareness and normal expression; (4) Family members have an education level of junior high school or above; (5) Volunteer to participate in this study; (6) Patients undergoing HA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lower limb DVT who have undergone color Doppler ultrasound examination before intervention; (2) Local abnormalities in the lower limbs, such as dermatitis, gangrene, and recent skin transplant surgery; (3) Patients with severe congestive heart failure, Pulmonary edema, malignant tumors and other serious diseases; (4) Lower limb vascular problems, such as severe Arteriosclerosis, ischemic Vascular disease, etc.
