Disease needed functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Interventions

Group SGB:Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block will be operated on patients in group SGB 30 minutes before general anesthesia administration.
Group control:Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block will not be performed on patients in group control.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years; 2. ASA level I-II; 3. Patients receiving functional endoscopic treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study; 2. Patients who are allergic to amide based local anesthetics; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with severe underlying diseases and those who have not received good treatment (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, etc.); 6. Patients with abnormal coagulation; 7. Patients with contraindications to nerve block and stellate ganglion block; 8. Patients with anatomical abnormalities.
