Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lumbago accompanied by lumbago and knee weakness with definite diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation/lumbar spinal stenosis; (2) Pain VAS score =4 points within 24 hours; (3) Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lumbar and leg pain caused by lumbar tuberculosis, lumbar tumors, visceral diseases, etc., or complete disc herniation and prolapse; (2) Chronic liver disease history and abnormal liver biochemical indexes; (3) Other researchers think that it is not appropriate to participate in this researcher;
