Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 2. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of obesity: BMI>30Kg/m2; 3. Patients meet the indications for weight reduction metabolic surgery; 4. Voluntarily accept the trial and sign the informed consent form; 5. Able to communicate well with researchers and follow the whole test requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative history of severe hair loss; 2.Disagreed to cooperate with the follow-up visit;
