Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Collect clinical blood from patients with advanced EGFR sensitive mutation NSCLC and treated with third-generation EGFRTKI. (2) Standardize sample processing. (3) Control variables are uniformly detected using a sensing platform. (4) By using a sensing platform to detect the presence of drug-resistant cells per milliliter of blood, it is determined that the patient has developed drug resistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Do not collect hemolytic samples (2) People with acute and severe illness, those with a history of surgery in the past six months, and those with blood sickness are not eligible to participate in the study
