Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria: 1) Age: 18-45 years old (including boundary value); 2) Gender: Male or female; 3) Weight: Male weight = 50kg, female weight = 45kg, and body mass index [BMI=weight (kg)/height 2 (m2)] within the range of 19.0~26.0kg/m2 (including boundary values); 4) The subjects fully understand and voluntarily participate in this experiment, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Minors, pregnant women, lactating women, and individuals with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase exceeds the upper limit of normal by 8-10 times, and serum creatinine is 186-442 umol/L). 2) Previous history of tumors and surgeries; 3) Other situations judged by the researcher to be unsuitable as research subjects
