Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In patients aged > 40 years, ASA class I-III, undergoing noncardiac surgery under general anesthesia, surgery is expected to last 2 to 6 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative MMSE score< 24 points; (2) Abuse of drugs, psychotropic substances, and long-term use of steroids and hormonal drugs; (3) Preoperative hepatic encephalopathy grade III.-IV.; (4) Recent major surgery; (5) severe visual and hearing impairment; (6) Central nervous system infection, head injury, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative diseases other than AD (such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease) or other serious neurological diseases; (7) Preoperative body temperature outside the normal range (36.0-37.3°C); (8) Patients with a body mass index of more than 30 kg/m²; (9) Have a history of chronic pain or taking any analgesics; (10) Those with a history of motion sickness or otolithiasis.
