Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth days =28 days; 2. Performing painful procedures for diagnosis and treatment; 3. Parents or their legal guardians informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In a coma state; 2. Those in a sedative and analgesic state; 3. abnormal facial deformity; 4. Patients whose face is covered due to treatment, such as wearing phototherapy eye mask, wearing a helmet for nasal oxygen tube fixation, and tracheal intubation; 5. Those who are critically ill and need immediate rescue.
