Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who need to undergo painful medical procedures (arteriovenous puncture, plantar blood collection, intramuscular injection, etc.) due to treatment needs; ? Within 28 days of birth; ? Use ECG monitor; Parents or their legal guardians know and consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? facial occlusion (with hood, eye mask, tracheal intubation, etc.); ? Limited body position (fracture, etc.); ? Patients who are too ill to be rescued; (4) In a coma; ? in sedation and analgesia.
