Herpes zoster neuralgia

Interventions

Experimental group:Give vitamin D2 supplement,10000IU/w(5000IU/capsule),the treatment period is 12 weeks.
Control group:Do not give vitamin D2 supplement,only oral placebo two capsules per week with the same shape and smell,the treatment period is 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of herpes zoster neuralgia; 2.Age>=50 years; 3.BMI:18-28; 4.The course of herpes zoster =4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients currently taking vitamin D supplements; 2.Patients with those diseases including Hyperphosphatemia with renal rickets or Hypervitamin D syndrome or patients with hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism; 3.Patients with primary or secondary hyperparathyroidism; 4.Renal insufficiency or Hypercalcemia; 5.Other neuropathic pain, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 6.Pregnant or lactating female patients; 7.Participating in or participating in other clinical trials within the previous 12 weeks; 8.Patients with extremely poor blood sugar control:HbA1c>9%.
