Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In line with the 5th edition of ' Pediatric Infectious Diseases ' diagnostic criteria for scrub typhus in children : ( 1 ) According to epidemiological data such as epidemic areas and seasons and outdoor activities, combined with typical clinical manifestations such as sudden high fever with characteristic eschar or ulcer, rash and local lymph node enlargement, it can be diagnosed ; ( 2 ) Specific LgM antibody positive or double serum antibody titer 4 times higher or PCR detection of pathogens ; ( 3 ) Clinically, the disease was highly suspected but not diagnosed. Diagnostic treatment with azithromycin or doxycycline was performed. The fever subsided within 48 h, and any of the above three criteria could be diagnosed.
