Interventions

T group:Intravenous injection of TXA 1000mg (20mL) 10 minutes before surgery

C group:The patient is given 20mL of physiological saline intravenously 10 minutes before surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective shoulder Arthroscopy surgery; ? Age: 40-85 years old; ? The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Level I-III; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe hypertension or diabetes; ? Coronary heart disease; ? Abnormal coagulation function or previous history of thrombosis; ? Difficult airway; ? Allergies to the study Drug allergy; ? Take aspirin, Clopidogrel, Warfarin and other anticoagulants in the past.
