18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult patients who are = 18 years old and have an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of class I-III; (2) Patients who have received multiple (= 2 times) general anesthesia (assisted ventilation by endotracheal intubation) within 30 days; (3) various types of non-cardiovascular, non-nervous system elective or emergency surgery; (4) Duration of surgery = 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who require long-term mechanical ventilation assistance or aerobic dependence before surgery; (2) patients with tracheostomy; (3) pregnant women; (4) patients with a life expectancy of = 30 days assessed by a clinician; (5) Patients who cannot meet the pulmonary ultrasound window operation (chest wrapping bandage, severe emphysema, no sound wave penetration in the lungs); (6) Patients with lung transplantation or a history of previous lung transplantation; (7) Patients with severe dementia, language disorders, coma, etc. who cannot complete the assessment.
