Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for CHB group: (1) age =18 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of CHB. 2. Inclusion criteria of CHB combined with MAFLD group: (1) age =18 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CHB; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of MAFLD; 3. Both groups were treated with antiviral therapy (divided into 3 subgroups: NAs group, Peg-IFN group, NAs+Peg-IFN group); 4. Follow up at least once after initial treatment (week 24, week 48).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other viral hepatitis HCV, HDV, HEV, HIV; 2. Combined with autoimmune liver disease, cholestatic liver disease, Willson disease, heavy drinking (male > 30g/d, female > 20g/d), drug induced liver disease; 3. Users of hepatic steatosis related drugs (including corticosteroids, methotrexate and tamoxifen); 4. Patients with malignant tumors, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and serious blood diseases; 5. Previous liver surgery and liver transplantation; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent.
