Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-80 years old; (2) Major non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, and the types of surgery are limited to radical gastrectomy, colon cancer, and rectal cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of mental illness, such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia; (2) traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease; (3) Other forms of cognitive decline (preoperative MMSE score <24); (4) chronic alcoholism; (5) There is obvious visual impairment; (6) Illiteracy;
