Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 18 and 70 years ; (2) thyroid nodules TI-RADS 1-TI-RADS 4c diagnosed by preoperative thyroid and cervical lymph node ultrasonography ; (3) thyroid nodules< 5.5cm at its largest diameter ; (4) no invasion of adjacent organs such as trachea, esophagus, blood vessels and nerves ; (5) no extensive metastasis of cervical lymph nodes and no fusion fixation of swollen lymph nodes ; (6) No Lymphadenopathy in the upper mediastinum; (7) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent; (8) patients have a strong desire for beauty, requiring no neck scar.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of cervical surgery or radiotherapy; (2) retrosternal goiter; (3) severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal dysfunction, inability to tolerate anesthesia or surgery; (5) severe coagulation dysfunction;(5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) lost to follow-up.
