Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 18 years old; 2. Preoperative pathological biopsy is clearly diagnosed as distal gastric cancer for the first time; 3. no obvious contraindications to surgery; 4. Preoperative imaging examination and intraoperative exploration to exclude distant metastasis; 5. No history of abdominal surgery; 6. Fully inform the patient of the purpose, risks and related complications of the operation, and the patient expresses understanding and signs the informed consent form for the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency, unable to tolerate anesthesia or surgery; 2. Extensive severe adhesions in the abdominal cavity; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Those who open the abdomen in transit; 5. Postoperative loss to follow-up.
