Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in the "Diagnostic Points of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" of the Fourth Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association and are confirmed by brain CT or magnetic resonance and other related imaging examinations with a course of disease of 2 weeks to 6 months. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders - 3rd Edition (ISCD?3). (3) Insomnia degree in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 points. (4) Those who have no comprehension disorder and no cognitive dysfunction, and can fully understand the scale and cooperate with treatment. (5) Patients and their families should understand the purpose of the study and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) accompanied by failure of important organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.), malignant tumors, and unstable conditions. (2) deterioration of the condition, new cerebral infarction or secondary cerebral hemorrhage. (3) People with severe cognitive and communication disabilities. (4) There are treatment contraindications such as hearing AIDS in the ear and metal foreign bodies in the body. (5) Combined with decompensated respiratory insufficiency and severe sleep apnea syndrome. (6) Patients with a history of insomnia before ischemic stroke. (7) Taking strong tea, coffee and other food or drugs that affect sleep.
