Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor resection and simultaneous pedicle free flap repair from January 2019 to January 2020. 2.Patients undergoing intraoperative maintenance with propofol and propofol combined with sevoflurane (sevoflurane should be the main anesthetic agent, and propofol is an assistant anesthetic agent ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who received anesthesia again during the study period. 2.patients <18 years old. 3.propofol or sevoflurane allergy. 4.missing patients. 5.incomplete information. 6.propofol combined with sevoflurane :sevoflurane is not the main anesthetic agent.
