Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-75 years old, male or female 2) According to the "Atlanta Classification Standard (Revised Edition)" issued by the International Pancreatic Association in 2012, it meets the diagnosis of AP: abdominal pain, blood amylase, lipase = upper limit of normal value 3 times, abdominal CT has pancreatic edema and other lesions. 3) The time between the onset of symptoms and admission is less than 24 hours 4) Patients have a higher risk of complications: including APACHE II score = 8, Glasgow score = 3, BISAP score = 3, or CRP = 120 mg/L
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: AP with malignant tumors, pancreatic cancer, serious underlying diseases such as heart failure, liver disease, immune diseases, organ transplantation, blood diseases.
